Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new the ScoreWizard resources or Web sites, shall be subject to these Terms of Service.

In order to use the Service, you must obtain access to the World Wide Web, either directly or through devices that access web-based content, and pay any service fees associated with such access. In addition, you must provide all equipment necessary to make such connection to the World Wide Web, including a computer and modem or other access device.

We do not control such Web sites, and are not responsible for their contents. Just because we have hyperlinks to such Web sites does not mean we endorse any of the material on such Web sites or have any association with their operators. Because we have no control over such sites and information, we make no guarantee as to such sites and information, including the accuracy, currency, content or quality of any such sites and information and we assume no responsibility as to whether the search locates unintended or objectionable content.

In consideration of use of the ScoreWizard, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form (such information being the "Data").

By using the ScoreWizard you agree not to do any of the following:

Engage in any illegal purpose.
Impersonate any person or entity.
Attempt to get private information or other information of someone other than yourself.

You agree that, the ScoreWizard in its sole discretion, may not provide the software service. Further, you agree that the ScoreWizard shall not be liable to you or any third party for any reason.

The Terms herein inure to the benefit of the ScoreWizard successors, assigns and licensees.

General:

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the State of Florida, and venue for any litigation shall be Palm Beach County, Florida. If, for any reason, a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of the Terms to be unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms of Service will continue in full force and effect.

This Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and other policies of Score Wizard, Inc. may post will constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing.

The images, text, screens, web pages, materials, data, content and other information ("Content") used and displayed on the Site, are the property of the ScoreWizard.

The ScoreWizard requires that all visitors to our site on the Internet (the "Site") adhere to the rules and regulations.

The Fair Credit Reporting Act allows you to obtain a disclosure from every credit reporting agency of the nature and substance of all information in your file at the time of the request. IN ORDER TO DISPUTE INACCURATE OR INCOMPLETE INFORMATION IN YOUR REPORT OR TO RECEIVE A COPY OF YOUR REPORT FROM EQUIFAX, EXPERIAN OR TRANS UNION, THE THREE NATIONAL CREDIT REPORTING AGENCIES, OR FROM ANY OTHER CREDIT REPORTING AGENCY, YOU MAY WISH TO CONTACT EQUIFAX, EXPERIAN OR TRANS UNION TO OBTAIN A COPY OF YOUR CREDIT REPORT DIRECTLY FROM SUCH AGENCY OR IF YOU WISH TO DISPUTE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN AN EQUIFAX, EXPERIAN OR TRANS UNION CREDIT REPORT FILE, SEE THE CONTACT INFORMATION AND DISPUTE PROCESS DESCRIPTION CONTAINED ON THE DISPUTING CREDIT INFORMATION PAGE. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate our Site, any membership program, the products or services or your access to them for any reason at any time, subject to your right to continue to receive products and services that you have paid for. Use of promotion codes provided by Score Wizard, Inc. and/or a third party are subject to the terms and conditions of agreements between Score Wizard, Inc. and the third party, if any. Promotion codes may be discontinued at any time subject to such terms and conditions. In certain cases expiration dates may also apply.
